  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.

Since our warehouse is located in Beijing, China, we do not accept physical returns due to shipping distance and logistics constraints. However, we do offer store credit refunds under certain conditions.

Refunds (in the form of store credit only) are issued for the following reasons:

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or broken, please contact us with photo proof within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Incorrect Items Received: If you receive an incorrect product, size, or color, we will issue store credit after verification.

  • Significant Quality Issues: If the item does not match the product description in terms of material, design, or usability, we will review the case and offer store credit accordingly.

2.2 Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of Mind or Personal Preference: We do not provide refunds if you no longer want the item.

  • Items Marked as Final Sale: Products labeled as Final Sale at the time of purchase are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

  • Failure to Provide Sufficient Proof: Refund requests without photo or video proof of damage or quality issues will not be accepted.

  • Lost Packages Due to Incorrect Address: If the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, we are not responsible for lost or undeliverable packages.
